What Is on the Report Card?

This report card is titled “Report Card baraaye Taleemi Saal 2026-27”. It is a full term result card that carries the student’s details at the top, a subject wise marks table in the middle for three terms, a grading formula, and space for the class teacher’s remarks and signatures at the bottom. One printout gives a complete, official looking result for a single student.

PECTAA Grading Scale

The report card uses a simple percentage based grading scale. Here is how the grades work:

Note on totals: The card explains that where a subject is out of 150, marks obtained are multiplied by 1.5 to bring the total in line. Always follow the exact instruction printed on the card so every subject is scaled correctly before the final grade.

How to Download and Fill It

  2. Print it on A4 paper, one card per student.
  3. Fill the top section with the student’s name, father name, class, section, roll number, B-form and date of birth.
  4. Enter subject wise marks for each term in the correct columns, then the total.
  5. Work out the percentage and write the grade using the grading table on the card.
  6. Add class teacher remarks and get the required signatures before handing it over.

Common Questions

Which classes is this report card for?

It suits any primary and elementary class where PECTAA style assessment is used, including Grade 5 and Grade 8. The subject list can be adjusted to match the actual subjects taught in that class.

Is this the official PECTAA report card?

This is the standard PECTAA report card format for 2026-27. Layouts and grading bands can be updated by the authority, so always confirm the current version from your school or the official PECTAA notification.

What grade is needed to pass?

On this scale, grade E starts at 33%, which is the usual passing mark. Anything below 33% in a subject means the student has not passed that subject and may need to reappear.
